Quito Running Tours

Run Ecuador offers many options to combine running and tourism. In the cities of Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca we offer personalized and small group sightseeing running tours. The idea is to visit the city’s most well-known attractions: parks, the old city, the modern spots, the suburbs; and to see panoramic views of the city to get the geographic idea of it.

We are experienced tour guides who love our cities and are prepared to run for many miles.

You just need to tell us:

¿What is your pace?
¿What do you want to see?
¿What time do you have for your run?

For you to run comfortable and safe, we carry your belongings in our backpacks: water, gels, hotel key cards, cell phones, cameras.
While running in the city, we can talk about it’s history, culture, restaurants, museums, and any other topic you are interested in. You will learn more than in the city tour bus because you are leaving your footprints in the streets, stairs, allies and parks. And you can keep your training in the coolest way.
